Hüffermann Krandienst GmbH took delivery of its SKYperformance STEIGER® T 900 HF and is thus the first rental company in Germany in possession of the powerful 90 meters truck-mounted aerial working platform.

Truck-mounted aerial work platforms (boom trucks) are often used on assignments in high-density areas (e.g. inner-cities, parks, etc.). Passersby often complain about the noise and exhaust emissions from running engines, which are normally used to power the work platform. The new ECOLINE hybrid drive models – with 16 m and 18 m working heights – now offer quiet, CO2-free and emission-free operation.

We showcased our newest ECOLINE development at the Platformers’ Days 2018 trade show. The ECOLINE 230 is a truck-mounted aerial work platform with a rigid telescopic system. The price-performance ratio is second to none. It has a 23-m working height and an enormous lateral outreach of up to 17 m. Like so many other innovations, this work platform can be mounted onto a variety of different chassis in the 3.5 t category.
