As we continue to disclose more and more information about our newest truck-mounted, large-scale innovation, the official name can already be revealed.
It’s called the SKY performance STEIGER® T 900 HF.
As the name indicates, this exciting new model features an enormous working height of 90 meters.
Instead of designing an aerial platform that exceeds the 90-m working height, we responded to the wants and needs of our customers – more specifically the requirements of operating personnel. For them, maximizing sturdiness was far more important than an extra couple of meters of working height.
The groundbreaking feature on the SKY performance STEIGER® T 900 HF is its revolutionary “dual concept” design. This distinctive attribute enhances the range of application possibilities and with it, the utilization rate. The T 900 HF has all of the same functions as other truck-mounted, large-scale models in this working-height range. In addition – as with models in the smaller series – the boom system can be raised intermittently. This increases the application range immensely.
The “HF” in the model name is short for “highflex” – RUTHMANN’s well-known, state-of-the-art technology. Highflex technology is responsible for the new SKY performance STEIGERR®’s extremely versatile boom system with its enormous jib (RÜSSELR®) swiveling range and basket rotation. Reaching “up, over, and behind” objects has never been easier.
This makes the T 900 HF the most agile and capable large-scale, truck-mounted aerial work platform in the world today.
Technological features and user benefits of this magnitude can only be achieved through disruptive technology. We have given this technology a clear and concise name: “DRS”.
