As we continue to disclose more and more information about our newest truck-mounted, large-scale innovation, the official name can already be revealed. It’s called the SKY performance STEIGER® T 900 HF. As the name indicates, this exciting new model features an enormous working height of 90 meters.

A new online presence provides structured, fast, and comprehensive information – regardless of whether the work platforms are new or used.
On October 2nd, 2017, we acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of HUBItec AG. The company now operates under the new name – RUTHMANN Schweiz AG. With this acquisition, HUBItech’s existing operational framework will be adopted and expanded. This is another major milestone in our ongoing internationalization initiative. Our company has now achieved all of its strategic goals in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
On September 21st ,2017 – after just 7 months of construction – we opened our brand-new Bavarian service center. The previous location in Ingolstadt could no longer meet the ever-growing customer requirements. We invested 2.4 million euros in the new service center in Geisenfeld-Ilmendorf – located just 15 km from the previous location. Further expansion is being planned.
Our Italian subsidiary – RUTHMANN ITALIA – is now responsible for all RUTHMANN products and services including our STEIGER truck-mounted aerial work platforms. At GIS 2017, RUTHMANN ITALIA will be presenting the entire product range to its Italian target audience for the very first time. This exciting 3-day event in Piacenza (Italy) runs from October 5th – 7th, 2017. RUTHMANN ITALIA will captivate visitors at its outdoor stand – AREA ESTERNA I6.
Our new Czech sales and service partner – STATECH – returned from the JÍNSKÝ VELETRH trade show with many new contacts and specific requests for our ECOLINE series.
The Energetab trade show – held in Bielsko (Poland) from the 12th – 14th of September – has just ended. This annual event focuses on the energy sector and is therefore also an important venue for the aerial work platform industry.
Of course, our competent, long-time Polish sales and service partner – Windex – was also on location once again this year.
