RUTHMANN Italia produces the ECOLINE and BLUELIFT machines at the Montescudo site south of San Marino.
The team needed to be strengthened with additional employees. Since the labour market in Italy is tight, the plan was to use recruiting videos on social media channels
to recruit new employees.
