Just in time for the Platformers’ Days 2021 and around 2 months after the last innovation, RUTHMANN now announces the new STEIGER® T 330 XS with 33 meters working height to the trade visitors. With a length of 8.43 meters, the new working platform with the suffix XS is around 40 cm shorter than the previous STEIGER® T 330 and therefore the most compact and still the only 33-meter working platform on a 7.49 t chassis on the market. The new STEIGER® T 330 XS now reaches 21.75 meters outreach - almost 60 cm more than its predecessor.

After exciting months of development, the time has finally come: The working platform manufacturer RUTHMANN is presenting its BLUELIFT ST 31 at the Platformers‘ Days in Karlsruhe.

120 years ago, on 23rd March 1901, the RUTHMANN company was founded by Anton Ruthmann. What started as bicycle and sewing machine business is now one of the largest manufacturers of working platforms worldwide. A lot of has happened in the 120 years and each customer, supplier, employee or operator of the Ruthmann working platforms are part of this story.

EUROGRUAS ALGECIRAS is a leader in the southern Spanish market for cranes and access technologies. The company disposes of a large fleet of mobile and crawler cranes up to 800 tons as well as numerous working platforms for the industrial sector. Now, EUROGRUAS ALGECIRAS is also continuously expanding its truck-mounted working platform fleet: most recently with a RUTHMANNSTEIGER® T 750 HF.

The new RUTHMANN STEIGER® T 300 XS was presented for the first time in an online presentation.

On 19th March 2021, the IAPA Awards (International Awards of Powered Access) were conferred digitally for the first time. In the category “product of the year - vehicle-mounted”, the RUTHMANNSTEIGER® TB 300 won.

The sale of the Ruthmann Group to the US Time Manufacturing Company was successfully completed. In this context, a restructuring of the Ruthmann group of companies also took place.

Time Manufacturing Company (“Time”) has completed its acquisition of Ruthmann, a European manufacturer of aerial work platforms. Time is a global manufacturer of aerial lifts primarily for the electric utility, telecommunications, infrastructure, and forestry sectors.

January 6, 2021 - Waco, Texas - Time Manufacturing Company (“Time”) has agreed to acquire Ruthmann, a manufacturer of aerial work platforms based in Germany.

As announced earlier this year RUTHMANN Group acquired its long-standing sales and service partner ReachMaster, Inc in July 2020 through its US subsidiary RUTHMANN North America LP to form the new company Ruthmann Reachmaster North America LP. The company recently presented their new company logo, which now represents both companies and their long history.
